Keeps its shape during freezing and thawing as well as during cleaning in the dishwasher up to 95 °C. The necessary cooling temperature is at least -15 °C with a minimum cooling time of 18 h. Note: the cold storage plate must be completely frozen through in order to become fully efficient. Any liquid in the cooling brine considerably reduces its performance.
