Trolley in robust, self-supporting and hygienic design, made of high-quality stainless steel. Smooth platform in easy to clean, non-sterilisable design, hygienically-folded and rebated inwards burr-free, provided with reinforcement profiles on the underside. Coupling and fixing of rack frame with screwed mushroom-head guide pins and anchor blocks. Coupling with two-point locking for safe docking to other system components such as transport trolleys and base frames. Onesided square tube push bar screwed to the platform, ergonomically angled. Manual release for the two-point coupling, underneath the push bar. One polyethylene bumper strip at the long side and polyethylene corner bumpers at the trolley corners serve as bumpers and protect the trolley and other system components as well as building-side walls from being damaged. Trolley runs on 4 swivel casters of which 2 with total locks, ø 4.9'' (125 mm), fastened by means of screw-on plates and several screws.
